Quick Guide
The extract file must be in Comma Separated Values (CSV) format. Most spreadsheets enable you to create a CSV file by using the Save As command.
Your file must have two lines. The first line must contain the project's cumulative Planned Value (BCWS) by period. The second line must contain the project's cumulative Earned Value (BCWP) by period.
Repeat values as required in order to fill in all periods from the first to the last.
Keep in mind that cumulative values must not decrease from one period to the next. That is, the value of period t+1 is always greater than or equal to the value of period t.
